I offer one-on-one therapy sessions where we work together to explore and understand your inner system. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or other emotional challenges, or simply looking to understand yourself better, the approach that I use (IFS) provides the tools for deep, lasting transformation.
For those dealing with trauma, I find IFS is particularly effective, as it allows us to work gently with the parts of you that may be carrying past wounds. Together, we can begin the healing process, reduce emotional distress, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
I also integrate other evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy to address more skills-based needs that some of your parts may have, whether it’s inflexible beliefs, struggles with emotion regulation and/or distress tolerance, or relational challenges (such as communication).

Fees & Policies
My fees are consistent with the guidelines recommended by the Ontario Psychological Association. While not covered by OHIP, most private health insurance plans provide some coverage for psychological services. Fees are tax deductible as a medical expense, and possibly as a business expense or as an employee benefit by your company. Rates will be discussed in more detail upon contact by telephone, email, or in person. Payment for services is due at the end of each session wherein an itemized receipt will be issued to you. Please retain this receipt for your insurance and income tax claims. Fees may be paid via e-transfer.
Please note that 48 hours notice is required if you cancel your appointment. The full-rate will apply to non-attendance or for a cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the start of the session.
You do not need to be referred by a doctor. All services are confidential in nature, with a few exceptions, as outlined by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. These will be reviewed in our first session or earlier if requested.
